Aroha and Marc had spent a lifetime sharing their journey. They had known each other since they were children in their hometown, and after many years of history together, they decided the time had come to celebrate with a wedding that truly spoke of who they are.
The proposal happened in New York City, a place that marked a turning point in their story. From that moment on, we created a concept that turned that memory into the common thread of the entire wedding. Inspired by the newspaper boys on the streets of New York, we designed a graphic identity with an editorial and journalistic feel: headlines, news-style typography, and small details that transported the guests to the heart of Manhattan… and to the town’s latest “gossip.”
The icing on the cake was a photocall inspired by a Vogue cover, where each guest could become the day’s cover star and take home a unique memory of the celebration. The wedding took place at Mas Pomer, in Camprodon, a charming venue that was dressed in serene elegance and a meticulously curated aesthetic.
The party was a true surprise from start to finish. Marc and Aroha had a very special friend as their DJ, Mon DJ, who is currently making a name for himself on the music scene and managed to turn the dance floor into an unforgettable party. For the dance, Aroha surprised everyone with a second dress, completely different from the one she wore at the ceremony. And instead of the traditional cake cutting, they wanted to celebrate all their years together by blowing out as many candles as there were years in their love story up to that day.
